The Solow Building is a skyscraper in New York, located in Manhattan, west of the famous Fifth Avenue, between 57th and 58erues.

It measures 210 meters high and was built in 1974.

This building is frequently represented in the American series for its modern architecture, and its favorable position overlooking Central Park, located only a few blocks north. The Solow Building is also located near the famous Plaza Hotel, New York grand palace.

This skyscraper is home to many companies, mostly financial trend, which the group inherited the economist Robert Merton Solow, the Solow Building Company.

The facade of this building has appeared in numerous television series such as Sex and the City (with the restaurant 8 ½.) Or Friends (the Solow Building is indeed the workplace of Chandler Bing, one of the heroes set).

Solow Building
Today was the big day of my interview with Chanel. I'm not sure one day be part of this big house (we do not invent an expert in luxury after having bump on purees and done studies on tractor tires) but until I have to admire their premises.

The headquarters of Chanel Usa lies partly in 44th, 45th and 46th floors of the Solow Building, a prestigious building located on 57th Street, just steps from 5th Avenue.

Series fans may recognize this skyscraper whose restaurant has served as decor Sex & the City. Chandler's famous sense of Friends is also working in this building.

What amazes me most when arriving in the lobby at 44th floor of Chanel, is the breathtaking view of Central Park. Too bad I had no camera to immortalize.

To illustrate this lovely visit and waiting to see if I have the right to readmirer sight again, here's my badge to get there. Admire the beautiful spelling of my name and surname (the receptionist had yet my identity card under the eyes)!
