George Garfield Weston (born 4 March 1964) is a British businessman. He is a son of Garry Weston. He is Chief Executive of Associated British Foods.

George G. Weston was born in Britain and attended the independent Westminster School. He was educated at New College, Oxford where he gained an MA in PPE, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

He was Managing Director of Westmill Foods (who make Allinson Flour)) from 1992-8, then Allied Bakeries from 1999-2003. He was Chief Executive of George Weston Foods Ltd (Australia) from 2003-5. He became CEO of ABF plc in 2005, succeeding Peter Jackson, who had taken over from his father, Garry Weston (who died in 2002) in 1999. His grandfather Willard Garfield Weston set up the family's worldwide food empire, originating in Canada. The Weston family also own Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges.
